Accepted Payment Methods

We accept: Visa and MasterCard. Payment can only be made using a credit or debit card. Payment is deducted from your account upon order. You will not be charged an amount in excess of that which was approved at the time of purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return a product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned products must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.

Returns & Customer Support

If you wish to return one or more purchased items, please contact our customer service by phone at (520) 366-3278 or email us at support@shopnivelle.com .

We will respond within 24 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Instructions

Print and affix the label to the outside of your return package and send the product (opened or unopened) back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below.

In order to receive a refund, the return must arrive at our facility within thirty (30) days of receiving the product.

Health & Hygiene Returns

Please note: In the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, your right to return the item will expire once the seal has been broken after delivery.

Refund Processing

Once our fulfillment center receives your package and confirms the return, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are credited back to your bank account and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
